Day 106: Jealousy

I, quite possibly, have the most jealous dog in the world. She couldn't care less about me until I'm not paying attention to her. And then she'll do anything for me to pet her. She's particularly jealous of my laptop {and tries to cover it with her adorable face}.....

Day 105: I Heart You, Glee

So happy that Glee has started again. I want to live my life inside this show. Just saying. 

Day 104: New Camera

Day 103: One Tired Doggy

After a weekend at Brian's {who Zoe loves more than anyone on earth, including me} and a long Sunday evening walk, I have one tired doggy on my hands. In fact, I think opening her eyes as I took the photo was the most action I've seen from her in a couple of hours....

Day 102: Crawfish + Diamonds

Keeks and Rob had a crawfish boil/housewarming party today, and it was so.much.fun. Everyone had such a great time!

I absolutely LOVE this photo! How gorgeous is her ring? {Side note: Keeks made sure the ring was on the crawfish's left hand, which I just love!}

Day 101: Keeks is Getting Married!

So happy for my BFF, Keeks, who is getting married in January!! She was stressing about everything that goes into planning a wedding, so I made her a wedding planning binder to help keep her organized. Bonus: I got to give her the binder tonight when I went to Spring and saw her new house and sparkly new diamond ring!

Day 100: Randi's a Real Grown Up :)

Tonight after work, I picked up Chili's (our fave!) and headed over to Randi's brand-new, one-bedroom apartment. She's such a grown up now! Her place is adorable, of course. I especially loved the cute West Elm desk. So happy for her!

Day 99: Sweet Caroline

I met Sweet Caroline today. She is beautiful, perfect, and I adore her. Carson was fabulous, of course, and Shelley looked beautiful as always!

Day 98: Goodies for the Hicks

Tomorrow I'm going to see my friend, Shelley, and meet her new baby, Caroline! I'm so excited. I put together a little box of goodies for all the Hicks girls: A Cabbage Patch doll for Carson, a dress for Caroline, and {heavenly} pretzels and cookies for Shelley! Can't wait to see them :)

Day 97: Miracle Dish

This amazing little covered dish looks completely nondescript, but the fabulous stone inside means it can cook real meals {think: pork tenderloin} in literally minutes. I <3 Pampered Chef.

When it comes to hotel beds, there's good ones and baaaad ones. Luckily, tonight I got a good hotel bed in Baltimore. Slept like a baby....

Got to spend time with my dad tonight. Love it.

My perfect night ends with a walk to Red Mango for some yummy (and surprisingly low cal) frozen yogurt. 

Day 89: Liberty of London

Loving the new Liberty of London line at Target. My new coffee mugs are just so fun :)

Day 88: Delish

My new favorite drink: vodka, lemon juice, and cranberry. Delish!

Day 87: Downtown Walks

Day 86: Fail.

I attempted to make brownie bites tonight (to take to work tomorrow). The batter was delish, and they looked normal when I pulled them out of the oven. But then they would.not come out of the silicone pan. I even put them in a freezer to see if that would work. It helped, and when I pulled chunks of the bites out, they tasted great! But if they don't come out in one piece, then yes--it is a big fail :(

Day 85: The Hicks Girls!

While I didn't take this photo, I just had to post it. My beautiful friend Shelley had a baby Monday, and here are Shelley with her two girls--Carson and brand-new Caroline. Love it!

And how fabulously gorgeous does Shelley look?! Can't believe she had a baby three days ago!

Day 84: 5:30 a.m.

Day 79: Fast and Easy Dessert

My favorite go-to dessert, that's always a hit with Brian and Clay, is dump cake. You just "dump" a can of cherrie pie filling and a can of crushed pineapples in a dish. Then cover it all up with yellow cake mix (just the powder, don't make it), and melted butter. Bake it for 45 minutes, and you have a-ma-zing cake that tastes like cobbler. Paired with vanilla ice cream? And you have two happy guys and one happy Kristy :)

Day 78: New Wardrobe, Continued

In my continuing effort to get a complete new wardrobe....two new J Crew packages arrived today! I'm loving this wardrobe overhaul!

Day 77: Shelley's Leaving Me :(

Tomorrow, my work BFF will be leaving me. OK, she's leaving the Company--not just me. But still, I'm taking it personally.

To bid her farewell, I made her a little basket of goodies. I'll miss Shelley but am oh-so-happy that she has the opportunity to stay home with her (almost) two kiddos!
