Day 61: Thanks, Shannon!

Over a year ago, I told my friend Shannon that I really liked her embroidered bag. Well today--she surprised me with my own! So sweet of her! I LOVE it. Thanks again, Shannon :)

Day 60: St. Patrick's Day

I love St. Patty's in Dallas. And this year, the weather was perfect! It was a great day. But this is the one and only picture I managed to take today....

Day 59: Laying Around

That's all we did....in preparation for the annual St. Patty's Day parade!!

Day 58: EEK

Every night before I leave work, I clean my coffee cup in the break room, and I [used to] leave it out on my desk, ready for the next morning.

That is until I came to work and found a COCK ROACH inside my coffee mug. I.almost.died. I made my boss take it and throw the whole mug out.

So I pulled this bad boy out from storage. Don't be jealous :) Yes, that is not one but two dachshunds on the mug (which was a gift, by the way). The mug I now store upside down in a drawer at the end of the work day.

I still get queasy thinking about the roach....EEK!!...

Day 57: Bright Spot

Today was my monthly dinner with Randi (although we actually met up at Starbucks instead), and that's my REAL bright spot of the day. But I completely forgot to take a picture! Tear.

So I photographed the other bright spot of my day: My fun, new, bright coral flats!

Day 56: Dread

Bags packed for 5:45 a.m. spinning class = dread.

Good thing I'm always glad I went. Even though it takes everything in me to drag myself out of bed.

Joseph's turning 2!

Joseph's second birthday party will be train-themed, so I created boarding pass invitations for all the little kiddos invited. I can't wait to celebrate with JoJo!
