Day 204: Perfection

Only way to describe my new nail color from Essie. It's called Jazz--and anyone who has danced can see why that is the perfect name for this color! Love it.

Day 203: Adios, Kara

Before Kara went back to Indiana, she and Kelly wanted to do everything "Dallas-y". I insisted that she do a happy hour at Primo's, because really--what's more Dallas than that? Since it's 137 degrees outside, it wasn't crowded on the patio, but it was still fun!

Day 202: He's Back!

After six months away from flying, my dad is back and ready for work! He now has to requalify since he didn't fly for so long, so he's in Dallas for several days of training. Ever the diligent pilot, he spent tonight studying up and reading every.single newsletter, memo, and manual bulletin/revision that was in his domicile mailbox. Look how cute he looks, concentrating so hard! If only every pilot read what I wrote :)

Day 201: Eatzis

Although I love Eatzis, I always end up just walking around and around and around the center food section and cannot make up my mind. For some reason, tonight I just went with the build your own pasta section. Not too excited about it, although it was definitely good. I ate less than half and then gave the rest to Brian. Apparently his salmon and huge side of mashed potatoes was not enough food for him. I hate boys and their endless matabolism......

Day 200: A joint is classy when....

They serve beer in cans. But man, I do love me some Louie's pizza! Fun night tonight celebrating a friend's birthday--and drinking beer out of cans, of course.

Day 199: Inception

Finally saw the movie "Inception" tonight. Everyone's been raving about it, and I personally did not think it disappointed! It was so nice to finally see a movie that wasn't based off a book {comic or otherwise} or a re-make of an old movie. Seems like original, creative movies are hard to come by lately. But this is definitely a must-see!

Day 198: Laura Said Yes!

I had dinner and drinks with my sweet friend, Laura, today. Her boyfriend proposed a week ago, so I couldn't wait to talk about all things wedding.....and see the ring, of course! Isn't it perfect? Laura's so excited, and I'm so happy for her!
