Day 115: Miss Me Yet?

I think we've all seen the "Miss Me Yet" e-mails featuring George Bush. But I was quite surprised to see this on my drive down I-45 to College Station today.

That would be Jimmy Carter.

Two questions arise:

1. Was this a mistake? Did the billboard people mean to push George Bush?

2. If it wasn't a mistake--what group of 80-year-olds was responsible? {Because really...what other age group could it be??}
