Day 136: Target Thinks It's 1998

I was at Target today, and I discovered that they apparently think it's 1998. Now usually, I'm a big fan of Target clothes. It may not be the highest quality clothing, but they definitely have a ton of cute pieces.

Today, I discovered a whole line of 1998-inspired clothing, including this flowered halter top, hawaiian print tube tops, and belly-bearing tanks. Seriously....
